Registration

WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT REGISTRATIONS FOR THE FRESH/SOPH TEAM.  WE ARE AT OUR CAPACITY OF 60 GIRLS.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE PUT ON A WAIT LIST PLEASE CONTACT DONNA VONEIFF AT BRONCOS33@COMCAST.NET.

FEES:  Fees for the upcoming season will be $550.00 for returning Varsity, $650.00 (includes cost of uniform) for new Varsity players. Fresh/Soph and JV will be $500.00 for returning players, $600.00 (includes the cost of uniform) for new players.

FORMS:  You can download the forms and drop them off with a check made payable to Hinsdale Central Girls Lacrosse at the following locations:

MAKE SURE ALL THE FORMS HAVE THE REQUIRED SIGNATURES.

   

IHSA Physical Form

Make sure you have signed the IHSA Steroid Testing Consent on the physical form.  This must be signed and returned even if the school has a current physical on file.

REFUND POLICY:  Players will receive a refund if they withdraw during the first two weeks of practice.  A refund request made during the first week will result in a full refund minus the cost of the uniform.  During the second week the dues minus $50 and minus the cost of the uniform will be refunded.  No refunds will be made after the end of the second week of practice.

If an injury, incurred while playing lacrosse, will prohibit the player from playing lacrosse for the season and the injury occurred before the first game of the season , the dues minus uniform cost will be refunded.

If a player is ineligible to participate in the HCGLC due to Athletic Code violation or academics, no refund will be made.

NOTE:  THE FROSH/SOPH TEAM IS LIMITED TO 60 PLAYERS.  30 PER TEAM.
